Q2: How to place an order?

1) For Website order, Simply add your selection to cart and checkout.
2) For Email order, kindly fill up the inquiry form.

Q3: Do you have Gift Voucher/Card?

Peepsqeek e-Gift Card 
* e-Gift card are in the form of Code (Will be presented in an alphanumeric code), this is available for purchase on our Peepsqeek website only.
* The e-Gift card comes in the following denominations,
SGD30, SGD50 and SGD100.

* You will  be receive a notice via email upon purchase of the e-Gift Card with Code.

Q4: How  do  I  create  an  Account?

There is 2 ways to create your account
1) Choose “Register” and fill in the details upon check out from Cart.
2) Or click the “Register” button on the Main page to create an account.

*We recommend that you use the familiar name or email address as username, to make it easy to remember.
Please make sure that your password is at least 8 characters.

Q5: Why  can’t  I  purchase  JuJuBe  from  Malaysia?

We know there are many fans of the JuJuBe diaper bag! And we love to sell it to you, but Peepsqeek only has reseller rights in Malaysia Region. :(

Therefore we are only able to sell this in Malaysia.

Q6: Can I change my delivery Address on my order?

Yes, you can!
If you’ve just placed an order, kindly fill up the form asap and we will try to modify your address. However modification can only be made if we have yet to delivery your order.

Q7: I have receive an Incorrect/Defective Item, what should I do?

We are very sorry that this happened, kindly inform us here.

Q8: Can I cancel the order?

We regret to inform that there is no cancellation of orders once payment is made.

Q9: How long do you take to deliver the items?

It takes 2-3 working days for domestic delivery to Malaysia and Singapore.
